The parties hereto acknowledge that, notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the General Partner, on its own behalf and/or on behalf of the Partnership, without any act, Consent or approval of any Limited Partner, may from time to time enter into, deliver and perform other written agreements with one or more Limited Partners establishing rights under this Agreement and/or the Subscription Agreements with respect to one or more Limited Partners.

Any notice or other communication to be given under this Agreement shall be in writing and may be delivered by hand or given by facsimile or electronic mail or sent by an established courier service to the address or fax number or electronic mail address from time to time designated by each party being set out in Schedule A.

在本协议项下传出的一切通告或别的通讯应选用书面通知，能够 根据亲自递交、发传真、电子邮箱或物流服务的方法，递交至配件A要求的多方时常特定的详细地址、传真号码或电子邮件详细地址。
